We’re ready to take on your challenge with our three-stage development process for a successful product. This applies in particular to new materials in the fields of electric mobility, renewable energy, and semiconductor technology.

Tool design and manufacturing with optimal characteristics for the existing production infrastructure.
3.
We also test your tools in-house, optimize the tools or production equipment, and produce a pilot batch. Once approved, we launch a fully optimized production run — either at our facility or at yours.

We have a well-equipped toolmaking department and offer comprehensive solutions.
Our design team will work out the possible and necessary modifications.
In collaboration with partner companies, we have cutting edges welded on — either conventionally or with a laser — and re-machine them.
Major design changes?
We create inserts using wire EDM and remake the third dimension for complete cuts.
The subsequent sampling is carried out in-house.
Reverse Engineering
Using reverse engineering, we conduct a detailed analysis of existing products or components to understand their design principles, functions, and material properties. This enables us to optimize, reproduce, or further develop your products efficiently and with precision.
