Die Drahterosion ist ein hochpräzises Fertigungsverfahren, bei dem Material durch elektrische Entladungen entlang eines feinen, elektrisch geladenen Drahtes abgetragen wird.
Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht die Bearbeitung von extrem harten oder empfindlichen Materialien mit höchster Genauigkeit, ohne direkten mechanischen Kontakt, wodurch besonders filigrane und komplexe Formen erzeugt werden können. Die Drahterosion bietet höchste Präzision und Wiederholgenauigkeit bei minimalem Materialverlust und geringem Werkzeugverschleiss.

We are here to help with complex, even unusual solutions: thanks to our in-house toolmaking facility and state-of-the-art machinery, we are fully equipped to handle the necessary preparatory work or follow-up operations and can offer end-to-end processes.
Are you missing pilot holes in material that has already been hardened?
No problem – we can drill the required pilot holes with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 mm and depths of up to 400 mm using our Mitsubishi start43Ci.
EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
Electro-erosion is used to machine conductive materials of any hardness (e.g. steel, titanium and aluminium) with an accuracy of one thousandth of a millimetre, without any mechanical action. Thanks to these properties, electro-erosion is one of the most important technologies in tool and mould making. Our range of services includes wire EDM and pilot hole drilling using the same process.

We work with an air-conditioned water bath and work area – to ensure consistent precision at all times.
Fine cuts: Ra 0.2 up to a height of 100 mm, Ra 0.3 up to a height of 250 mm, Ra 0.8 up to a height of 525 mm!
